Willingness to buy improved slightly to -18 from -19, though perceptions of household finances over the past year remained steady at -18. Expectations for personal financial situations over the next twelve months rose modestly to -1 from -4. Meanwhile, expectations for the overall economic situation over the next twelve months stayed unchanged at -43, and the assessment of whether it is a favorable time for major purchases also remained stable at -34.m
